Support coordinators help you implement your plan: finding providers, resolving issues, and preparing for reviews with the NDIA. A coordination review is usually a structured catch-up to check whether your supports still match your goals and budget.
What typically gets covered
Expect questions about service quality, wait times, invoices, and any risks (health, housing, or safeguarding). Your coordinator may map which goals are on track and where new quotes or plan variations might be needed. Nothing here should feel like a test—it is maintenance for a complex system.
What to bring
- A list of current providers and contact details.
- Recent letters or reports from therapists or doctors, if relevant.
- Your own questions—write them down so nothing is forgotten under pressure.
After the meeting
Ask for a short summary email: agreed actions, who is responsible, and dates. Follow up on one item at a time so tasks do not pile up. Good coordination should leave you feeling clearer, not more overwhelmed.
